Delivery

We understand that you don't want to wait for your order to arrive. And we work hard to ship out most orders the same day. Occasionally, an item needs to be prepared first and this can delay despatch by a day. Otherwise, 99% of orders received by 3 p.m. are despatched the same day.

Unlike otherwise stated, all our orders are shipped using Royal Mail and delivery can take from 1-3 days. For residents of the United Kingdom, we offer an express service (Special Delivery) and those orders are delivered the next business day, following despatch.

Please ensure your provide us with the correct shipping address as we can not be held responsible for lost deliveries for undeliverable mail due to a wrong shipping address.

Idin Jewellery will remain responsible for all shipments until it is delivered to you. Should a package be lost, we will offer you a replacement free of charge or a full refund of your costs.

Shipping charges are calculated in the shopping cart and depend on the country your order will be shipped to, the chosen delivery service and the order value. Currently, we only offer Standard delivery for orders being shipped outside the United Kingdom.
